2011 Grants to Non-Profit Organizations
- Francisvale Home for Smaller Animals – In conjunction with volunteer Day of Service provided on July 17th (Casey’s “angelversary”) grant to cover supplies and materials.
- Magee Rehabilitation Hospital – grant for a therapy dog and training for occupational therapist and dog
- Villanova University – Ongoing stipends to Computer Science Department students to assist non-profits in developing their websites
- NOYS (National Organization for Youth Safety) to sponsor with NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) an awards contest encouraging students to design and implement programs in their communities to take a tragedy and use it as a catalyst for positive change. NOYS award winners:
