The Casey Feldman Memorial Foundation will be working with NOYS to implement a national program that will help students who have lost a classmate in a traffic accident to take their grief and focus it in a way to promote positive change. Students from across the country will be provided with a tool kit and suggestions for actions that can be taken to use a tragedy as a catalyst for positive change. Voting will take place with the winners receiving cash prizes.  Stay tuned for more details on the blog and visit https://www.caseyfeldmanfoundation.org/noys.asp for more information.
